We love all of our clients at The Gloss Collective, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and time again.
In order to secure your appointment at The Gloss Collective, we require you to reply to our confirmation message with a simple 'Y' or 'N' to confirm or reschedule/cancel your appointment.
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise, but where possible, we require at least 48 hours notice in advance to either reschedule/cancel your appointment, if failed to do so, a cancellation fee or booking fee may be required.
As of March 2024, Danielle and Lynsey became a part of the Sustainable Salons community. This means that we are able to recycle 95% of all our salon waste, including paper, used foils, plastics, excess product waste and even hair clippings! To further support being a sustainable salon, this requires a $3.00 sustainability fee on each service total. This small fee goes towards the organization OZ HARVEST. For more info, please feel free to ask us at your appointment.
At The Gloss Collective, we offer a 10% senior discount, however this discount is only to be used between Tuesday and Friday. Discounts are not available to be used on Saturdays.
